Sherwin Williams @ like 23rd Ave and Bell Rd. You can get this really cool stuff called Spectra Prime. It's awesome but around $230 a gallon.
Either way they will have what you need in PHX.

someone does make a white primer, i think its tintable so thats y it is white, you could just regualar prime it, then do a white sealer on top of it...

diamont makes white primer... if your gonna run primer for awhile. i suggest sealing it... with diamont to make primer into sealer you just reduce it... i did this on my canyon before i painted it. it sprays smooth unlike primer. and held up to washing and daily use...

^^^^^ yep my friend spayed the white diamont primer on his S-10 looks really nice, i forget the code tho. but any regular sealer can b tinted thats how i got the acqua color that i had on my accord
