MiniTruckin Mag irritation

I love MiniTruckin mag and checking out other peoples rides. But there is one thing that truly irritates me everytime I open it up. I know Im not the only person who sees it, but it has to be said. Whats up with all panel alignment on a ton of trucks in the show coverage and a few cover trucks? Ive noticed so many trucks that seem to have about a 3/8" gap on the fenders/door. Or hood/fender gaps that have to be almost 1/2" near the front and about 3/16" in the rear. (which is fairly close to usual factory gaps) Im not trying to piss anyone off, but to me little things like that make a huge impact on the overall perception of the truck.

Thats the first thing i notice on any vehicle but like Shawn says they cant make em adjust a fender before taking pics and theres only so many people out there that put in the time to gap a vehicle properly before bodywork begins

I figured the thread was going to be about bodydropped trucks that do not lay.

Show coverage is show coverage, you cant expect a bunch of trucks with thumbnail sized pics to have perfect gaps. Now feature trucks are another thing but Im sure weve all seen feature trucks in the mag that dont look nearly as nice in person... :\

My 95 Yota is body dropped and does not lay. It was originally bagged on smaller wheels. then later b/d. Then larger wheels added. It layed frame hard on whatever wheels it had. Now it cant even lay body http://www.streetsourcemag.com/uploads/Ownerprofiles/toffeechips/923200884302PM84601.jpg

I too have been noticing the gaps as of lately. It seems to be getting worse. Maybe it's the next big trend??
