4runner frame?

im lookin for someone to build a frame for my 4runner. jus dont have time or the equipment. preferably someone with 4runner experience. any suggestions? has to get mad lift!( dont need my tags snatched again by the cops!)

or if your close enuf ill jus bring the whole truck for a sfbd....
