Header for 22r

The hot air thing on the stock exhaust manifold has nothing to do with the heater, correct? I just need to keep the coolant rails to be able to use my heater?

not sure if you're talking about the heat riser, or the air injection, but either way...you're right, just keep the coolant lines that go along the side of the head where they go into your heater core (throught the firewall) & you'll be fine.
