very cool design!, but those runs are most likely the spray paint. i can see in one of the pics that he is using montana(a graff specific paint), which will not "run" as bad as a normal aerosol, but still can sag and make shorter runs like the ones on the fender.
and for all you guys thinking about doing you truck like this. "montana" or other graff specific paints CAN NOT BE SANDED OFF. your whole body would have to be sandblasted if you ever wanted a proper paintjob. trust me, ive done this to a vehicle for someone, and when it was time to change it they tried and they were screwed. and it went back to graff again.
and for all you guys thinking about doing you truck like this.
