i want to black out most of my lights on the CTS basically until the lights come on u can see them how is the best way to go around doin this
Get black kandy, do a layer of that, then clear the lights. using true automotive paints.
Automotive clear coat with some black toner dropped into it.
The japanese make a rattle can. It's called Lens painter. I have bought 1 can off ebay. That was enough to do all the lights on a 91 240sx. You should clear over them after, to keep the glossiness.

thats how i do it when i have to do them.
VHT makes the nightshades spray paint for tinting lights, but its just a dark purple kandy.
4 parts clear to 1 part black is the formula i heard.
