anyone know of a swap i can do to upgrade my front brakes? I am runnin 20s on my yota and just feel like the brakes could be a bit stronger. I am not wanting to do a wilwood or anything super perfromanace but did not know if there was something i could up grade to to give my brakes a larger sweeping area and maybe an upgraded caliper.

you could check out my kit that i manufacture, as seen in this months street truck magazine... My kit includes wilwood calipers and rotors but everything is totally bolt on and can be accomplished in a few hours. my regular selling price is on my website but if you contact me i will offer you a way better price. my brake kit is on 8 trucks currently and have great feedback from those guys. my name is Tony (deuce), and my email is phattys_fabs@shaw.ca, my phone number is 403-999-8602 and my website URL is www.phattys.ca...

check it out and let me know what you think??

i dont want to sound like a cheap ass but thats a little more then i planned on spending. I was looking for something like upgrading to a bigger disk and bigger factory style caliper. Like when i had my Audi we could upgrade to an A8 rotor and use a TT braket with an A8 caliper and it would bolt on and give you a larger sweeping area to cool off your brakes faster.

those actually arent bad prices for a big brake kit. i dont know of any other vehicles that are an easy swap to a toyota truck if thats what your trying to do.

I saw the kit at Reso and talked to you a little out there. I'm thinking about ordering some to go with the yota spindles on my ranger. You have an awesome product put together.

You could also get the front brakes from the Toyota dually. They are an extra 1" or so and a 2 piston caliper I believe.

Its funny how you guys will spend the money on 20" chrome rims but when it comes to a safety feature on your trucks its too expensive?? lol makes me laugh everytime i hear that... like i said in my previous comment i am willing to give mini truck guys a deal on the price... its close to 400 bux off the listed price. but hey whatever floats your boat...

BTW... i have priced out doing a factory 4wd 4 piston caliper upgrade on a 2wd truck and jus the calipers alone brand new are over $250 each. jus to put things into perspective for you...
