need my door handles off

how in the world do you get the door handles off a 1987 Chevy C 10 ?I got the bolts off but i can not figure out what is holding on!

i might just do that tomorrow if no one else has a better way :SAWZAL:

If you are removing them to shave them and they wont come off just die grinder a rectangle around them and use that as your replacement template. If just replacing the handles are all the rods off?
