need some bumper/valance help

those aussie ones werent runner bumpers though. just 2 and 4wd uppers with chrome valances. similar look though. what about just making a steel one work and having it chromed? better yet, just use that chrome effect paint they used on that crx on pimp my ride. i think it was matrix. its what GAS uses on most their stuff, we use it at work. good product, but either their formulas really suck, or something because we cant ever get an easy color match for blends. i work in an autobody shop.
