Bobbys idea works pretty well. I did it on the Nissan with a clutch master from a 90 Accord.

so then instead of using the resovoir, i can run a hose out to the brake master and run it off there? i mounted mine under the dash with the resovoir. where does it hook up to the brake master..??

I guess you could, but I don't really like the idea. I mounted a separate remote reservoir for the clutch on the firewall.

I've given it some thought and a remote sounds safer to me as well. Thanks Sadistic and Seth, I'm all over it! Just bought an RX7 IRS clip and will pick it up this weekend. The clutch is next and the Taco will shortly turn from a little rusty to a little...fukin dope! Thanks for the info guys. By the way Sadistic, for curiosity sake, how did you tap in to the brake master to pull that relocation off? Oh and Seth, that yota is sik bro.

its pretty if you have the right tools. basically take the brake reservoir off the master to not let any shavings to fall in. drill a small 1/4 inch hole on the bottom of the plastic reservoir. then using a plastic hose union and plastic welded to the brake reservoir.

Ok I was totally thinking this exact same thing before you wrote this in terms of the master and now it's confirmed. Two more questions...What does plastic welding involve and how did you link the master cylinder resevior to the clutch cylinder at the clutch cylinder. In other words, what did you use to plug the hose from the master into the clutch cylinder? Thanks for the help bro.

if you dont have a plastic welder, plastic epoxy will work as well as plastic super glue with kicker activator.

same as the brake reservoir but use the clutch reservoir. when you removed the clutch masters reservoir you took the pin out and pull it off the master. cut the cup portion of the reservoir off and it will leave you the lower section of it. clean the hole that pushes into the master the same way as with the brake reservoir and plastic weld a union in the hole. use the correct union for your master ex. 90 degree, 45 degree, or straight.
