anyone ever seen taillights on trucks cab?

ive seen em mounted in the headrest and they shined through the back window. it looked sick. (probably not a good idea for an xtra cab or crew cab though.

if you were going with candy paint.....you could flush mount them and paint over them. You wouldnt even see them until turned on.

i asked a cop about this one time and he said tail lights have to be behind the rear wheels, but fuck it, you're gonna catch shit anyways, might as well make it worth it :TUP:

i was going to do it on my yota but didnt feel like giving the cops another reason to pull me over. its a super clean look tho.

theres a pink & white 91-93 chevy s10 extnded cab with the leds on the back of the cab wall..

I think you could get by with it if you put a third brake light on the tailgate. You could do it like one of the other guys said, Just use like a 3inch led in the top center of the tailgate skin and candy over it. Then put your tail lights on the cab. I think I saw a first gen s10 with caddys in the rear pillars in MT a few years back.
