4 runner bumpers

Looking for some help from someone that has actually tried this. Does a 1990-91 4runner chrome front lower valance fit properly onto a 1992-95 chrome 4runner bumper?

now that search the net for good front end pictures it looks like there would be a gap between the bumper light and the valance, if I were to cut it out and put a billet insert in, then have the valance chromed it might work.
Let me know if you have tried this.
