welcome to big boy world.. its not as easy as it looks on tv . dont give up bro its all worth it in the end.

Running the 4 wheel setup on the rear, the wheels will stick out anywhere from 2"-3.5" depending on the track of your rearend.
Running the 2 wheel setup on the rear, the wheels will stick out anywhere from 3/4"-1.5" again depending on the track of the rearend.

When dealing with the wheels sticking out past the fenders in the rear you have 3 options like LilJ said.
1. Narrow the rearend or swap to a cab/chassis.
2. Widen the dually fenders.
3. Buy our Townasty wheels.

I would also suggest not buying the fenders from duallyfendersusa.com, because they are just stock fenders with lips added to the outside. Most of my customers that have bought these have ended up streching there old fenders to their liking.

Ok so i just got my wheels today now to find a place that can cut them down.

Does anyone know if i will have clearance if i put my 22.5's with 255/70/22.5 tires on my truck its stock suspension?

I can mill the wheels for you if you want to go that route.

What year make and model is your truck and is it 2wd or 4wd? Most trucks require a lift for the 22.5s however there are some that do not.

What do you charge to shave them down?
