So i heard that in order to run 22.5 milled to 22 on my truck i have to run my stock 16 inner with a tall tire to match the 22 outer. Then i hear that if i run both 22 in the rear they will stick out past the rear fender. Im gonna bag my truck what do i have to do if i wanna tuck the rear wheels under do i have to run 1 22 and 1 16 or can i run both 22 in the rear? Please help me out thanks. Sorry if im asking a question that has already been answered.

you don't have to run a 16" rim on the inside i don't know who told you that I've never even heard of that if your running a 22.5 that's what you run on the inside and out and on the front if it's fwd so your gear ratio will match hope this help's you out!!!!

ok if your gunna run a semi milled to a 22 and your gunna bagged your truck.
1. you can run just 4 semi's meaning you can run a 16 on the inside rear wheel with a matchin tire. This combo is still gunna stick out alittle and will require some modification
2 you can run all 6 semi wheels and they will stick out even further requiring some modifications
trevor(lockone) on this site can get you some wheels we call townasty's that have a different offset but cost more than your standard semi's. this combo doesnt ALWAYS work but for most guys will
Either way you go you probably gunna have to do some mods to get the rear wheels to tuck.. Either narrow your rearend or widen the dually fenders or find you a cab and chassis rearend to just put under your truck.

You can widden the fenders too. You can find pics on this site of both.

How do i make the fenders wider? That sounds easier than changing out the rearend.

alot of fiberglass, you will have to strecth them out close to 3 inches or more depending on your set up to make them clear when you lay out..

It's not a square but you can kinda get the idea.

I have the same problem except I do have the stretched rear fenders and still need to shorten my rear end by 3" (1.5" on either side). I'm not sure how much they were stretched. Turns out these damn wheels are getting expensive so I'm a little discouraged. What isn't mentioned in this thread is that you also need to cut down the firewall a little in the front or the 22"s will rub. Putting the 16" coupled with the 22" in the back is something somepeople do but like mentioned, you still have more work to do. Good luck and keep us posted on what you do. I am still weighing my options.
