just like joel said use an eraser wheel, plastic razor blade might work also

eraser. try to get as much off as you can, they go quick on that kinda shit. do it at work all the time. takes off anything that isnt paint/clear. tape stripes, stickers, that crap, ect. try a heat gun, then the back edge (thick part) of a bondo spreader to get the bulk. or heat and a fresh razerblade.
