see how the front of the rocker is not layin flat? the person that had this truck before me welded a HUGE plate on the under side of the control arms crossmember, which is holding the front end up right now. I dont know why he did it, my best guess is that he didnt know to pie cut the control arms. (or buy cando ones like i did) the frame has been plated to bring it down about a half inch or so to be level with the crushed/folded up rockers. Im trying to figure out hopefully after i cut off the huge plate on the control arm crossmember if the 245/30/20 tires will clear the fender. The hood supports have already been cut and the hood plated for support, its a very odd truck i picked up.

Good luck with that truck.....its been around the block. It should be close because it should only be a bit taller than the 225

i honestly dont see how you can lay on the rockers with a 245/30 20 when my 225/30s are left with NO room..unless you have little or no camber but then i think it would start to get close to the edge of the fender

That looks like about 3/8" to me.Thats almost enough room to fit an inner fender in there with your tire.
