I talked to my uncle yesterday, he works for a peterbuilt place. He thought he could get me a set of 6 alum pete wheels for like $1700.

But he also mentioned that all pete stuff is a lot heavier built than the other manufacturers. he was saying the wheels, tanks and everything is made thicker than most. I wonder if that goes for the steel wheels also, maybe they would have enough material to mill. I don't know if they even make steelies. But I ought to check with him.

Its almost like someone said.."We are gonna make a wheel that is a simple design but all the dually guys will want to run them on their trucks.....but just to mess with them we are going to make it a 1/2" too big and make it so that it can not be modified to fit a regualr 22" tire. Then we will sit back as they try to come up with ways to make it work when it is impossible and make thread after thread about it while we laugh our asses off!!!!!"

BASTARDS!!!!! lol
