What is the exact procedure for doing this? What tools do you need? I have a buddy that works in a machine shop, and he can possibly do it if I can find out exactly what to do. Pictures would be great.

Best I can tell ya is buy a machined wheel and then do go from there. Most the guys on here that know how to do it.....do it for a living.

No one will say. I don't blame them, they have a lot of time and money into figuring it out. And you can't do steel wheels at all.

If you bring them to me I can get them done for you for $75 each, or you can call me and I will tell you how to do it!
