Can you take some pics of them or will they not show up in a picture?

It sounds like cutting and buffing again would be the answer. What grit papers did you cut with originaly?

What are the products you are using Tom and the pads you are using with each product?

your probably going to have to sand it and re-clear it. What happened probably is that the base coat is reacting to the clear and is disfusing the clear witch is causing the fog look.

ok guys, heres a couple pictures. i hope buffing is all i need to keep doing cuz i dont have any clear hardener left. i only charged 2000 for the full paintjob including the materials and maaco painted 3 times before and i only had 3 weeks to knock it own to metal and build it back up from there.

there looks like a lot of pits in the clear
looks really thick... cant really tell if its burnt.. get some superfine pads and wetsand it again and then buff it out
