The frame was buckled in many places, the bed hit the cab and messed it up a bit, the rear end was moved over one way an inch or two, the front windshield cracked from the impact, and there was rear end fluid on the ground. That was just what I could see from the outside. It was a bit more than just the bed and window.

Well with all that being the case then I am sure they will consider it total. I was not trying to say it wasn't but I was just going by what I saw in the pictures. But I would only expect to get cost of vehicle and no extra for the customization. But I am sure you already knew that. But again sorry to hear that and see the pictures.
