Best way 2 Remove Side Moldings

Can anyone give me some tips on the easiest and fastest way to remove the side moldings on my 06 Silverado? Thanks for all the help.

take a heat gun and heat the double sided tape up and usually they pull right off. that's what I did with mine.

NO NEED FOR A HEAT GUN... pull molding off, leaving the double sided tape, the pull the tap off backwards pulling it away from the truck, it will come right off!!!! if that dont work, use a 3M stripe off wheel..
