check out what i picked up today...

its been awhile since i have posted, this is going to be the longest build ever.........but anyways.........
i was looking on ebay and found a shorty rear end from a rv that had been in a tornado....
so i called the guy about the rear end.....took a drive to manchester tennessee, and i bought it for 150.00 ...he even torched it out for me....gave me 5 wheels to.....
the rv only had 65 thousand on it , the rear end is in great shape , its a 14 bolt ...my rear is a 10......i just dont know what gears it has.....mayby i will get lucky and not get a 4.10.....(fingers crossed..lol)

Just mark the drums and rotate the pinion to see how many turns it takes to bring your mark around

no not yet, i wont be home until this weekdend....if i turn the huba and count the trurns of the driveshaft...how do i find out the ratio?

it takes 1 turn of the drum to turn the pinion 2 times.....what gear ratio would that come out to?
