I've had a major concussion before, it's not fun, but it's pretty much heresay unless he has cat scan results to back it up. Which are not cheap, so it sounds like bullshit. No charges will stick to you, i think the only thing he could do is sue, but even then that all depends on how smart this guy is.

Just make a record of everything he says, and does, phone calls, etc. And if anything, you should call the police, and get a report down in your version of the story, just so you have a paper trail, just incase he hasn't done so already. You've got wittness' on your side, might as well cover your ass.

It's called third party self defense. And since you didn't use a weapon, he has nothing on you. You'll be fine no matter what.

I've been on both sides of the coin here, I never hit a woman, but have been accused of it.
