your probably sittin good then. Obviously the guy is a looser, in my opinion anyone who would hit a female is a looser. So chances are if you guys have the story strait, and your mom says she felt she was in danger when this was all happening.. which obviosly she was .then you will be fine.

Just be careful bro I would hate for him to find your mom without you and teah you a lesson thru her. Also if this kid has friends that are as dumb as he is I would watch what position you put yourself in, i.e. dark alley with no assistance.

i had the same thing happen to me about 2 years ago. well the cops were called and we both went to jail.i got bonded out immediatly and then when we went to court i got a high five from the judge and my money back from the bond. he got 1 year probation and a restrainin order. so thats what happen to me

if he does call the cops and you happen to go to jail you will most likely spend 24-48 hours in there if it happened last night and the cops havent come he isnt going to do anything. but like someone else said if i was you just be carefull your mom should of called the police and pressed charges or just report it so that if he comes back around there is record of prior violence

sucks to here that but i have been thier i knocked one of my moms boyfriends out for slapping her a number of years back, he called the cops on me, they arrested him and the cop told me i kinda did the right thing but if that happens again to call them before taking action into my own hands.well hope everything goes good with situation.
