And not bashing on anybodys price but $1000 for anything is expensive, even $850! Your trying to market a product to a niche group of people, a lot of young people I might add, who don't have alot of money. The quality may be worth the money, almost always is, but how do you justify it to a 19 year old kid beside saying "well your paying $1000 for a quality product" when he could probably use his stock control arms to begin with.

I deffinentally agree with you chris. The price of the barely legal arms are expensive compared to others, but their is alot of machine time and work into them also. Its obvious, their not for everyone, but i gaurentee the people that they are for, will love them. Weve allready got orders for enough sets to keep us busy for a while, so there deffinentally are some people out thare that are for them.

But, the thing on price is kind of a two way street. I mean, it applies to alot of subjects. Technically, your stock wheels on your vehicle will work, if they tuck, and hold air they will technically work for your vehicle....so why change them?.....or if you need to have custom wheels....why not go with the cheepies like AR or coys? they will work, and still be custom....becaues you choose the quality of BAD or billet specialties.

its all up to the consumer in the end. Everyone is different.

Thats the problem with this site.Everybody interperts comments how they see fit without considering it might be something less sinister.I put a lot in our arms to make them look different hell the die's for that stock cost more than most hydraulic benders and I want to emphasize the effort we made over a year long period.I started back then with the same veiw I have now.I wanted something different and thats what we built.I think if you saw what it took to produce that square arm you might not find it so plain.

The same applies for the Barely Legal arms....what makes you think they are so easy to produce? or took any less time or thought?

Its completely irrelivant. But your origional comment was viewd in a very disparaging sence, and thats how it was interpreted.

And trust me i know how much the square die fiasco costs, ive talked with JD3 about them on many occasions, for various projects, I know their not cheep. Alltho i think the price they want for the set is rediculous lol

I am picking up what you are putting down Taylor and thats what I am getting at. To me it seems like alot of people are buying arms for the "cosmetic" appeal. I'm sure that people are going to buy those arms and love them, but at what point does it become overkill and companys are charging there customers for stuff like ridiculously oversized steel or balljoints that can rotate 360 degrees. I'm not targeting a particular company.
