manual trans to auto questions

found myself an auto trans for cheap but what else would i need to convert it over

flex plate,shifter and all the cables linkage brakcets, Trans mount, Wireing harness, ECU, thats all I can think off hand

i need to change the ECU too??

yea the auto trans on toyota's are computer controled

i test drove an auto tacoma one time...slow as HELL...

not worried about speed, if i was, i would have built a race car not a mini truck
