WOW CALI SUCKS

Cali doesn't suck, they set laws, and WCC broke them...thats their fault by not abiding by the laws as a company....now granted i have some not so legal items on my vehicles, but that doesn't make NC suck because of it...that means i have to get more creative with stuff...get a grip...they broke the law and they got caught....

california has the strictest emissions out of all the states.

especially in the valley. the air is horrible.
