that is horseshit, millions of cars and bikes are sold like that, they are just lookin to sqeaze any money out of people they can. Its because of the war, i know a girl who went to a dump to drop stuff off and had 2 gallons of paint with her, and she left them at the gate, and when she got back, the feds arrested her and fined her 35,000. 7 years probation. no bullshit.
