selling a truck, with no title?

I hate to say it, but at least this lesson will only cost you $400 max....ANYTIME you sell a vehicle make sure to do a bill of sale with a witnesses signiture so that this cannot happen again. If you would have had a contract sayin he would pay the remainder upon delivery of the truck gettin the vehicle back would be no problem

----anyhow I'd try him, threaten to take the truck back to get paid....worst case he doesnt pay, best case you get your money. Give it a shot

wow...i just read all this shit, sounds crazy..if you know where he lives, go to his house and talk to him face to face, man to man..give him a deadline to pay you the money he owes you..either he was trying to fuck you, or he just didnt have all the money to pay you at the time. you have the title and he knows that. yes possession is 9/10 th the law, but if he is a man of his word he will pay you...if not then take your shit back!!!

Call him and tell him you are going to get the police and tell them you let him test drive the truck and now he won't give it back. But if he pay's up then you won't call the police that should work if not beat him down like a bitch and tack your shit back.
