Need A MiniTruckers Opinion

trust me dude i know where ur comin from....i had a local shop bag my truck....basic bag job nothin fancy...took 5 months and 2 nights later wheel fell off goin down the highway 2 grand in damage..guy still owes me money for that but i aint gonna see it...hang in there bro

You know this is a big issue. You have a shop who has been in this buisness for a long time and has had serval trucks that got covers. What happen with my friends truck,why did they choose to do shit work on his ride? It could be many things that they wont say,I can think of a few my self but am not saying anything due to the may get pissy of accusations.What I do know is they have a responsabilty to fix his truck. When they took his money,they took that problem if something happens fix it. I know shops dont ofer lifetime warrentys,but i mean if the ammited to doing a half ass then they should step up and offer to do what is right. I say this Ken If you have proof that they refused to fix youre truck after I know how much you spent,get a lawyer. Reprt them to the Better Buisness Bureau,File the complaint. Anyway back to the lawsuite. I think that you should get a lawyer,talk with him about what happend and explain to him how they screwed you and see what your options are. Presnt the case and show your evidance. Thats my best advice. As far as the whole talking shit thing..DONT DO IT. They can turn around and counter sue you for Slander. Don't represent them in anyway. I hope you get this resolved. This is really sad coming from a shop who at one time was the best around,now they have come down to being like alot of shops I know of in Florida that do hack work. Oh and on Jen Lacy, In my opinion they only did a kick ass job on her s10 becasue she was a female who is exetremly hot.But they will never admit to doing better work on someone else vehicle becasue of there sex orentation. i put false in caps... everything i am saying it true to the best of my knowlegde so i am therefore at no risk for slander...

and to clearify, i am not upset nor have any complains as to the quality of their work... i am upset wih the way i was treated AFTER the truck was finished and how they stand behind the work that they do... which ROYALLY sucks... its important to let everyone know how i was treated because this is how THEY will be treated... maybe someone can learn from my mistake of taking it to scrape 'n customs and therefore not have to make the same mistake that i did by taking my truck to them...

and as i said i have went and took picture of all the dammage.. scrape 'n customs said they would be there to look and NEVER showed up!! a testimant it seems of their business ethic...

That's just bad business. You should always make a customer happy. Expecially when it was the shops carelessness. What's really ironic is that they had 2 rides on the cover of MT couple month's ago with a shop special. That's just bad business. Hopefully the owner will see this and make things right. To mr bagman if you took the time to read my post you will see the problem is that the rear end had no oil in it from SNC not tighting 3 bolts and SNC telling me that it was ok to drive and not because it was from a junk yard... i have said from time to time that they do good work that they just won't stand behind there work when something gos bad and your a a$$ if you think you can mess with someones truck and it be funny...And yes they deserve the crap because they still won't fix the things that are wrong...Thanks for you input on this matter..
