4 runner questions

First off, I'm putting a 93 4 runner onto an 87 2wd frame. would it be easier to build a new floor from scratch, or adapt the stock floor to fit the frame? (doing a traditional body drop) Second, does anybody know if the Grant tail light fillers have the upper bodyline from the rear hatch in them? any help would be appreciated.
