shaving anything question

i did all the proper prep and cure times..i didn't just do the bodywork then immediately paint...i guess im going to go with the idea of what keefe said...than maybe there was some gas in the pits of my welds that the grinder didn't get and my glass or bondo didnt adhere properly

Yeah u can get by with using a wire brush sandblasting is just easier.
