How to lift my S-10 1997 about 3"

oki then I think it's a suspention lift I need. I was thinking about puting some Mickey Thompson Baja Claw 35x13,5-16" on it. honestly I dont drive much in the terain it's moastley on roads. the problem is that in sweden everything is so dam hard to find to trucks and everything is so expenciv.
