yeah body lift u need to raise ur body up with spacers all of it from the front radiator support to the cab to the bed ..u dont touch suspension at all..get me

well man here is how you gotta look at it a suspention lift might be easier to put on..

But a body lift it will still ride like factory which is always nice..

the frames on s-10s are already low as shit. there is no way I would bodylift one and have like 8" of frame hanging under my truck.
