You, and everyone else saying "hater", should look through every single reply in this thread. Even the people who dont like it are still saying "props to DIB" and "cant wait to see it at reso".
Not one person hated on one single thing in this thread, not one person said it was impossible in this thread after you posted the pictures, and everyone's giant e-vaginas are just cramping. READ and SQUASH IT.
hello i havent posted on this one yet so hello by the way heres Gumbys new arms
i'm laughing because it's already been done and did'nt even realize it.
NCBIGGJ,MAZ2LOW,JOHN(THE 501CLIQUE)AND SO MANY MORE.
same od tire (or less by 1/4").
which also means that you sould'nt even have to modify the front suspension to make it work.
i'm still not sure about draggin' flat out without cookin' anything though.
have to admire the work but its not my style will be lookin for it a reso
i know that dawg is gonna be badass in no time flat,i can't believe how fast they finished that nissan.
PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS MINI TRUCKIN PARK THE TRUCK ON A SMOOTH FLAT SURFACE AT RESO AND NOT IN THE GRASS!!!
well.....you have to recess the firewall 3 inches. narrow the STOCK lower control arms 1 inch. narrow the upper control arms 1 inch and use aftermarket or stock ones.. the frame has to be narrowed i inch in the front.from one fram rail to the next, otherwise you wont be able to turn. dont use dropped spindles.relocate the lower balljoint to on top of the lower control arm.relocate the wiring harness and lengthen it 2 inches. try to use a wheel with close to a 40mm offset. they will have to be custom billet. if the truck is a 5 speed you will have to get an aftermarket clutch master and the slave needs a proportioning valve before it so it doesnt pop out.the strrering shaft needs a swivel in it. you can find em in rodder mags and some older vegas in junkyards. go ahead and do 5 lug conversion. otherwise you will need a massive offset custom wheel in the back. stock maz rearend tires rub on a non b/d 17 inch escalades laid out and thats 38mm offset. i know....i burned the paint offa my bedsides. either that or if you really have to run the courier rear end but if you did that gearing would be a problem because its like 5.something 5.11? i dont see you converting an IRS to 6 lug hahaha. good luck turning if you dont do all this narrowing. its been done but its not been seen. ill post pics of a friends mazda on 22s that lays rocker but you cant see the front wheels untill you look at it from the side. and thats what its gonna take. they have so much taper from the bottom up that it looks dumb. dont you dare post saying im an idiot i can call u the Hell out. everyone is sceptical but it can be done but it in no way is practical and so much shit has to be done that by the time you finish reading this ill be buying my buddys BACK from him and sending you pics of it in the paintbooth.
is this minitrucking or who eva has the biggest wheels wins... lol.. i guess im just an old fart..lol been around for a long time. i know everything changes but it does seem the past 2yrs that its whoever has the biggest wheels wins. build it to drive it fuck a trailer.(not just at a show) thats what minitruckin was like way back in 76 77 when i started with this lifestyle. anyway not being a dick so dont take it wrong just thought i would add my 2 cents
