Mike, That would have been Darren that you talked to, he was the president of VC back then. At the time the club was a close knit group of friends, If I remember correctly, most of the members did not see any point in have members from far away that we would likely never meet. I highly doubt that he would have told you to "F--- off"

No one is currently an acting president, abunch of us still hang out together but the club itself is not functioning right know. There are a few of us that are still into Minitruckin, some guys are into 4x4s, and VW and some classic cars.



no fuck off were not his excact words lol but it sure felt like it , i guess he more or less blew me off because i was young and we didnt really have a lot of members at the begining ya know. i would love to get the 2 clubs compined finally. and we have members all over the united states and im sure some of our members will make it to shows up there a couple times to meet the guys.

if you can tell me who i need to talk to about joining the clubs i would greatly appreciate it.

copyright your logo. thats your best bet. isn't that expensive, and if you copyright it, or trademark it, then if someones using it without authorization, it's infringment and can be a federal crime.

Yeah no kidding, we had some dudes down in florida start a club and bite on our name... but its a cool name, so i dont blame them for copying it.

I drive the Ranger at Heritage...and i just wanna say that the sticker in no way shape or form had anything to do with NC.. we drew up the idea on a Wendy's napkin like 4 years ago, before i even knew who NC was. and until Heritage i had never seen that NC sticker in person, and now that i did we are gona take ours off, and change it. Hell I even decided that before i was told about this board....although ours isn't as close as the kastawayz one, its still too close. i had no idea, i got nothung but respect for NC and there rides. For future reference i think this problem would be easier controlled if people would just be men about it and talk face to face, instead of posting it on some message board that may never be seen...

..............I Wish people would try and contact each other instead of talkin shit on a computer board.. i mean we are half a world away from each other. And no im not the president or have i any say in what goes on in our club.. But we all share the same love and that is for minitrucks/cars and fixin up everything we touch.. Our Kastawayz was drawn up in a sticker store in 04. We have been slowly grown in our lil town now with 13 members and 15 rides.. There was no intent to steal ur logo or copy it. There is prolly 5 or 6 more clubs named kastawayz that the internet hasnt found yet.. And to all that called people u dont know posers,mofo's,haters and what ever else be men or women and see the intent FIRST ... Then make ur judgement
