You guys are ruthless on here... no mercy... I would advise anyone starting up a club that they should check out the clubs on SSM then send a shout out on the boards. If no one screams bloody murder then it is probably safe to say that your club logo won't be infringing on anyone else's.

well well here we are again back to a bunch of crybabies on the net crying about there club and everybody else's business you know when i got started years ago in the whole car show scene you never seen ppl in everybody's business but know u have ppl like hollywood driving an old ragged out ranger that everybody and there mom has owned that has nothing done to it since he has had it beside a couple of link bars man now thats custom but for some reason he wants to rag on our rides which we have worked our asses on.and then we have big rik which i have no problem with but for some reason he wants to be in everybody business include my club so if he wants to be in our business will solve this problem sooner or later.Then we go to the guys from Arizona that has cried so much i bet there head is hurting but thats fine because by the time everybody has read this me and the vice president will have already been to a lawyer to discuss the whole copyright deal,but what is really fucked up is me and one of the founding members made this sticker up one evening in his sticker shop out of a sticker book we had laying around and now all of a sudden everybody wants to cry but thats fine these arizona boys can do whatever they fell necessary,but enough said if there's anymore that needs to be said i am the guy that started the whole club around here so if further things need to be said say it to me

sent an IM to md2drag98 to straighten things out non-publicly. This is is not intended to be a hate thread. I just had no contact info on the guys from VA and was looking to get some answers.



but I am a bit confused because "ONEMADMAX" has a VA styled KastawayZ logo on the back of the ranger in his profile, but is very defensive towards those VA guys. Am I missing something there?



Anywho as soon as I hear back from the VA KZ guys I think I'll close this thread.

it most be going around i found this today ..they are using our bars and font in a copy of our logo..people need to come up with there own names..logos..style...what ever...

don't worry about cincystreetracing. they are retarded, and I don't think most of the guys rock stickers. If they do I don't see them, and their cruise-ins haven't even been going on this year.

honestly man i wouldnt worry about. ive been in Explicit Concepts for awhile now and there are some many other EC clubs around. but everyone knows who the real EC is becuz of our rep. We are the white trash trailer park drunks lol.

What you know about ///CS PA Bitches lol..

get your phuckin logos copywrited and trademarked and then you can sue who ever the phuck uses it with out consent.. untill then it really dosent phucking matter what the hell your name is or who had what first and how many diffrwnt unreallted places have the same Idea/Logo/Name what ever..
