Does it just bolt on or do you have to weld tabs on? How long to get one?

You have to weld tabs on, but its pretty easy. I made the mounts really simple. They're about an 1/8" longer than they need to be so you can trim them to fit nicely in your frame to get a better weld. I do this, because I've found that not all Toyota frames are the same. I've installed this crossmember on 3 trucks including mine, and the frame with right there differed from truck to truck by about an 1/8".

And wait time, probably about a month at this point. I have the jig for them finished, but I have to catch up on orders that I already have.
