rob78 you are totally wrong about Matt.Do you go to work daily and tell your boss how things are going to be run I highly doubt it.I feel everyone on getting screwed out of money but if you just keep complaining about it and don't do anything to solve the problem it is your fault there are ways to get your money.I know this whole situation with kw I use to work there and know how things are done on a daily basis.Matt is an employee and does what he is told ask anyone that knows both of them on a personal level and they will tell you the type of guy matt is.He is out to screw no one just at the wrong place at the wrong time.
I wonder if Matt would wanna resolve my problem with my arms... then I wouldn't have to hate on KW all the time??

Believe me when I say, something is being done about it right now.
As far as complaining? I've earned the right. I'm not typically a very vindictive person, but this kid and his boss have it coming.
This is SOP for Eric. He's screwed people before and he's doing it again. He is a loser plain and simple.
I'm sorry if you're a friend of Matt's, but his previous post does nothing to deflect blame...in fact, it invites it.
No apology forthcoming? Fine...his name will be "mud" too...guilty by association I guess.
He's had ample opportunity, as has Eric, to make things right. Now it's time to pay the piper.
And by the way, Matt isn't under indentured servitude is he? I mean, Eric isn't making him work there by force is he?
You lay with dogs my friend, you wake up with fleas.
Corey he is just going to do what eric tells him to do.What is the exact pboblem you are having is the upper balljoint binding? What tire are you running on the 18's.

yeah...that'll do it!
eta: for what it's worth to you.
at least you didn't get eric to install speakers for you.
several years ago my little brother (i say little but he's 25) had him install a complete system using 4 guage wire. Eric installed the system with 4 guage connected to the amp, upon closer inspection it appeared that he had spliced some BS 20 guage to it which ran under the carpet. This, despite the fact that my little bro. paid for all 4 guage. Basically, another con.
I went back up there and after threatening him with legal action, the money was refunded.
The whole damn thing had to be rewired after we took it to a PROFFESIONAL.

Eric says that these arms were suppose to lay with 20's on a mazda- but he also says that he makes the arms directly from the stock mazda arms, and we all know that the stock mazda arms won't lay with 20's- --
Mine binds on the upper arms with 18's! Solution- use a different upper ball joint- billy bob knows the autodrive part number. It bolts up to a stock mazda upper ball joint location on the a arm, but has extended travel/ movement. You can also bend and/or cut and bend and reweld the upper arms at the upper ball joint location so the angle is less severe when layed out, this will keep the ball joints from binding
