I've been bent up for a while... after spending $500 of my hard earned cash for arms that bind up pre-maturely, only to be snuffed off by Eric.

I feel your pain, having 5 gs invested and eric still can't pick up the phone and return my calls or the 10 messages I leave him a day. Going on 7 months on what was supposed to be 6-8 weeks, and oopsy I forgot to get him to clarify if that was going to be 6-8 weeks of consecutive work or turn one screw today, walk away, weld one piece of metal today, walk away answer the phone no way, i'll just walk away!

yea my gas tank was at "the machine shop" for like 3 months! I was like what the crap it's only like 1.5 hours to memphis and there has to be 1000s of machine shops there that can work at the pace faster than a snail. It's also the technique that I like to call... push it off on someone else, don't take the blame and just admit that you haven't done anything, lie about it and then tell them that it will be back from "the machine shop" in 1 week and there truck will be done in 3 weeks. Yea heard that one like 3+ MONTHS ago now!

I know everyone hates to hear this but everything will be finished that is at the shop... i wanna say that heckathorn is gonna take over the arms that eric started buildin and hopefully everyone gets what they want... if ur gonna try and go find the shop and u dont know the area... HAHAHAHA good luck... ull have fun with that 1...

The Obion County Sheriff is going out to see what is going on with him taking everyone money and not deliveing material or goods as promised, maybe a few others should call the Sheriffs offic and see if they could help get their goods????

Rough country will not take over anything.They don't even build things there just sale parts and kits.The only fabrication that goes on there is r&d on new lift kits.

I don't think they were talking about Rough Country taking over any or Kustomwerks' work just more that if anyone is looking for Eric that would probably be a good place to start looking for him or if nothing else calling up there since he won't return ANY personal or Kustomwerks phone calls

I'm new to the lowrider scene, but I'm a longtime Tennessean and hate to see a fellow resident get hunted down.

On the other hand, Matt and Eric have long overstayed their welcome. Shotty work combined with atrocious customer service have earned them "asshats" of the highest order status.

I googled them in an attempt to find others with similar issues...
