I would agree that it isn't about the arms, its about being lied too.

I'd rather hear the truth then random excuses. I fully understand getting backed up on jobs but its not real hard to give a close ballpark estimate as to when something should be done. I'm a car audio installer. When I'm doing a big job, and I get behind, Oh shit...looks like I'm staying all night until it's done. I'm the type of person who can be taken by his word, I guess I expect the same in others too. Sorry about the long rant, I just needed to let off some steam.

it's sad to see a private business owner turn to this kind of behavior (kiddy type shit-"screw you guys, ya'll can't find me) as competition in the business sense is beneficial to all of us (lower prices, better product, etc).
IAMLEGEND is a good friend of mine...thank God. He's pissed to say the least.
the KustomWerks kids had better grow up soon...it isn't polite nor smart to piss off grown men.
BTW: if anyone is familiar with the Charlie Wenzel case that took place on the pirate4x4 forum. These two little punks reek of much the same. Let's hope their decision to screw men out of their hard-earned money nets them the same results.

Its sucks to hear this about them. I did business with KW and got my arms. They work fine and look great.
Nowadays, most guys are hard to trust. ALOT of them are not men of their word.

WOW, he answers every time I call him, EVERY TIME. When I go up there to check on the progress on my dually, theres always a bunch more done to it.

What phone number are you using? I've got 1-731-536-5252 and I think I've gotten Eric on there maybe 5-7 times, the answering machine 30+ times, and ring off the hook or "answer full" (like today) 100,000,000 (seamingly) times.Originally posted by RAtmosphere
