anyone have a tech article how to put a notch together,its for my 89 toy.

um no offense.... but if you dont know how to put a notch in ..YOU SHOULD NOT BE PUTTING A DAMN NOTCH IN!!!! it can fuck your frame up so leave it to someone that knows what there doing

ive done a notch before but i just welded it together off the truck then put it on and put the bottom piece on,but i know there is a process of doing it on the car,thats what i want to know

Weld on the 2 side pieces, and then the top piece, they cut out the frame thats in the middle of the side pieces and then weld in your bottom piece

That is just the way some people are on here. Here's a link to a step by step instructions to install a notch. Their installing it on an s10 but the same basic principal applys. Good luck!!http://www.s10forum.com/how_to_install_step_notch

some people are just douche nozzles by nature...yeah man i was going to point you to the s10forum article but jeremy beat me to it.

ah man please dont weld it together off the truck, then you cant weld it to the frame inside and thats a major weld point imo.

i agree with joel, he answered the first question not knowing that he had put on a notch before.......
