losing intrest...

i say...go to some shows...just kick for a season and relax. after seeing some hott trucks at a show is all the motivation you will need...

if you're still doing things...just keep on trucking. I work on mine one day a week and for the past 4 months it has seemed to drag by...but the first time i aired the front up it was like i fell in love all over again...i got my second wind...
put some of the pieces together and picture the future...i know all about a tight budget...my wike keeps me on a very tight one..(she says we have to pay bills...that sux) keep it positive and you'll be happy with the outcome (unless you weld like me!)

get a daily driver thats normal, thats what i did.

don't sell it cause you'll regret it later, just take a break for awhile, go to some shows and you'll get the itch again

i havent touched my old school s10 in bout 4 years. i finally am getting back in to it. Fortunatly all my old school mods are cool again. i got frustrated after all the hours of work when it wouldnt start. A new wireing harness and still wouldnt start. So last week i picked up a small block for it, and whoola im into it again

Just take a break man, we all go through it. I took 3 months off last summer and came back stronger than ever in the fall.

I lost interest in building vehicles as well. I love to look, not to drive or build anymore. Financially the whole deal just dosent make sense to me anymore. I now spend money on things my family can see financial gain from. My house, stocks, savings accounts. We still go to shows and love it all. But I drive a beater don't have a car payment, and have a ton more financial freedom now that I'm not worrying about how much more $$ I need till my next set of wheels or body work.........DON'T MISUNDERSTAND I WILL OWN A CUSTOM RIDE AGAIN. Its just become a second or even third priority.

I lost interest at the beginning of the year. I'm more into fast cars and off roaders now. Cruisfest was 20 minutes from my house and I ditched it to go fishing if that tells you anything. So my truck is for sale or trade if anyone is interested
