losing intrest...

i was just wondering if anyone else is going through, or has gone through, the same kind of situation as me right now...ive got a truck that ive been working on that i havent really seen any progress on but im still getting stuff done, im just starting to get burnt out on the whole build up. there arent really any minitrucks around here that i see out to keep me motivated and shit to move on and get my truck done. im at the point now where money is tight and im just thinking of selling all my shit and getting a stock ride and just not fuck with all the shit anymore. dont get me wrong, i still love minitrucks to death, but anymore, i just dont know what to do...

any suggestions?

take a break and pop open a cold beer and look into the glass ball at the future. I am in the same situation and have felt like selling my shi* many of times. You just have to look at what the end will bring. If you are gettin wore out take a break and dont spend any time or money into it until you get ready to.

just take a break and go to any shows you can. if you really like the minitruck world and you sell the truck you will regret it. i know i did when i sold my truck for a stock eclipse (which was the dumest thing i have ever done) and i sold the car and got back into the scene because i missed it so much. just take a break and get your money back together and then start working on the truck it will all be worth it in the end

I haven't done anything with my truck in almost a year. I sometimes want to just sell it but there is no freakin way i would sell my truck and watch someone fuck it up. I go to every show that I can. Thats what keeps me motivated. Of course I drive mine on a daily basis so I have fun with it anyway, wether it is finished or not.

Man i know what you are talking about i sold everything but my jeep and took a break and now i am ready to get back into it but you need a break once in awhile. Just don't sell it unless you are sure about it because you will lose a lot of time and money.

yea dude...just take a break from it. I didnt touch mine for close to a year, and now Im back in the zone again.....dont worry, you'll get back in the mood....they dont have to be finished overnight
