im going to redo my interior and i was wondering how soem people did their door panels? im thinkin of tearin off the old factory vinyl and redoing it but the backin is some sort of heavy cardborad material which isnt in the best shape. so im wondering hat peopel used instead? i guess i can get soem thin wood and remake them and drill out for all my holes and so on. any suggestions?
I was going ot use mine as a template, and cut new ones out of 1/4" particle board or something.
yup me too. i was thinkn soem cardboard but seems to flimsy. i gota figuree out soemthin for the back wall too
i used 2/8 particle board, kinda over kill but with fiberglassed pods and some descent speakers you want those babies to be firm.

What is louon?
well im not sure how its spelled either but its very thin and flexible wood. its used sometimes under new floorings to even the floors out if there not exactly level. its liek 1/8 thick if that but flexible and sturdy
Where would you find it? Home Depot in the tile section?
