He wont let me put all the stock shit back on the car cuz I cut holes in the strut towers to let the upper control arms come threw so the car would go lower. I called the cops and they said they cant do anything cuz its a civil case.

so you got the correct insurance and his still holding your car,being as you got the insurance card that says full coverage,...i don't understand why he would hold it,and if you make the payments on time there AIN'T NO reason y he is holding it,man i'd hate to see you lose your car,but sounds like hes trying to fuck you.

Ask him if you give him 1,100 now can you get more time ? then 10 day's. Worth a try

Already tried... he will not work with me at all..... the guy is a complete fuckin square. I cant afford to throw away $5000 ontop of that its my daily... I have nothing else. That car is all I have every minute and penny I have goes into that fuckin thing

ah yes,thats why. your 19,same boat iam in,i had to get full coverage to even get a car loan,seeing as its a buy here pay here you put so much down and do the bi-weekly thing,hmmmm sounds like he wants his money and he's being a blow job about it...i ain't tryin to be nosey or nothing but do u make the car payments on time??and did you take out any kinda of loan on this car?

sounds to me like he just wants you're car because of whats done to it,Get the pimp hand out dude you're gonna need it,Call a lawyer too,Use you're $1100 wisly and get a lawyer,You'll get you're car back without a doubt.

I was late on 1 payment but i paid the late fee.... no i cant get a personal loan cuz I dont have anyone who would co sign for me
