yeah alex honestly man count your blessings and kiss the feet of the person who got you the loan and be happy dont waste your parents money or time man. it will not be worth it and you will only piss this guy off more. there is no need to piss him off. cut your losses and be happy you have your car back.

was the registration in his name since you didnt own the ride?

no the registration was in my name but the guy was charging me a 55% intrest fee.... but it was disgissed. Well in FL there is a 24% state high that they can charge you..... ontop of that he is a buy here pay here lot.... he can not charge intrest only a finance fee. He cant charge intrest cuz he is not a financial institute. Ontop of that he wont give me a copy of the original contract. He charged me a repo fee even though I brought it there, and he charged me a storage fee even though he kept it on the lot. he fucked up pretty badly and that why he dosent wanna give me a copy of the purchase order cuz he knows i got his ass on the intrest thing.

i would talk to a lawyer then because thats prolly like a few hundred he cost you.

Dont waist your time or money with a lawyer, or the BBB the bbb sux and cant do a thing. Im out a grand on some wheels and the bbb cant do a thing because the business wont answer the phone. I took it to court, the guy didnt show up so i won by default. SO i payed like 170 for court then turned around and payed 50 bux for them to serve him his papers now the only thing they can do is put a lean on his property. So i half to wait for him to sell it before he has to pay. How about that. It may only be a grand but the point is you will waist your time if you go to anybody. HOpe that loan goes through with you and your buddy. Otherwise id try to nagotiate with the dealer.
