whats the model name?

whats the model name for the Toyota trucks from 1979 thru 1995?

Im making new pages for my site and this would help. thanks.

also what years were the Tacoma made from as the original bodystle. thanks again

toyota usa named the 79 -95 toyota trucks as pick ups. the taco started in june of 95 - 00 the 01 - 04 are the same. there are slight differences between the 00 style and the 01 style.

As far as i know the 89-95 is just a "Toyota pickup" tacoma is from 1995 1/2 to 2000, gen 2 taco was from 2001 to 2004, 3rd gen is 05 and up. -Daniel

i thought it was HI LUX

the toyota is called the hilux overseas still but in the US it was only called the hilux up until 78
