BYC for clientele and workers ONLY!

I have been following this thread and I am very aware of the kind of bad business that is going on with BYC and his customers. I work at a firm in Houston, Texas and I know a lot of guys who are attorneys at my firm. As mentioned above, an attorney would not be interested in a client if he approached him with a potential case that is worth only $400. However, if there was a central hub that you guys could cordinate, such as this one that was only dedicated to people who have sent money to BYC and have not recieved their control arms, or their requested refund it would be conducive to those who are willing to hire an attorney.

Steps
1. Create a central hub (such as this topic) in which only the people who have paid their retainer for the control arms or requested a refund and have not recieved one.
2. State personal information such as, name, city, confirmation number, etc.
3. Designate one leader (that is willing to go forward and ask an attorney to take on this case) that will obtain a faxed copy of confirmation letters such as credit card and debit card statements. Just something that is relevant and illustrates that you have paid for them and not recieved them.
4. The main person recieves every last one of these confirmation reciepts and seeks out and gets an attorney to represent this case.
5. From there hopefully the attorney will take over.

Now ofcourse, these are my opinions and I am just trying to help out. Hopefully, there can be other people who can chime in and offer their opinions on how to make this idea better.

Working at a firm you see many attorneys take on such absurd cases that you would not believe. I think this is a potentially good case beings that there are so many people who have paid and not recieved what they paid for nor their own money they would like back.

My opinions about BYC are the same as the majority of yours here. Bad business man uncapable of handling money and keeping customers happy.

If you guys want me to ask some attorneys I work with ideas, then I will. Just let me know. I will continously check back on this thread. there is nothing more that phi**es me off then seeing people get ripped of by a business.

Hey buddy first off I am trying to help. Yea I know what you are saying I am not an idiot. Lets take on the old saying "you cant squeeze blood from a turnip" exactly you cant. However, if you was to make this guy file bankruptcy because he can not meet the demands of paying back money then wouldnt that be better then nothing??I am sure that these guys who have got fu*ked from this guy would agree.

If they dont recieve back there money then atleast this guy would have to file bankruptcy, which the last time I checked was not the best thing for a person to do.

Check out this link

http://www.texasbankruptcylaw.com/faq.html

There are a lot of consequences for filing bankruptcy and the only way to force this guy to do so is to send him a demand letter and cite him with a petition if he fails to meet the demands.

Try to force him to come to court. Think he'll show? Good luck... Try to sue him...He just won't respond to it. He could dodge this for years with NO recourse. I see it all the time with home remodling contractors and shoddy auto mechanics around here. They have been jackin' people for years and years and are STILL in business! You are powerless in the court system against a business that dosen't care what you think. I sorry but this is true.
I'm not baggin' on anyone I'm just stating facts.Good luck in your endeavors.....

Your in Missouri we are in Texas there are different laws. U know what dude, dont make this into something negative. I am trying to help these guys out.

Thanks for being honest and I am glad that you give these guys hope, but wait you are going to say that I am giving them false hope right?

I will talk to some attorneys on Monday and see what they think.

If a class action law suit (which is what this would be) was filed against this guy, he can not just simply not show up to court when he is cited with a petition to do such. If that was the case, then everyone who was to appear in court would simply just not show up and everyone would just get away with doing anything they wanted. He can reschedule a court date, but he can only do that for so long and that depends on how busy the court is with other cases. Soon enough he will have to hire an attorney and show up to court, if not then the court will visit him via a police officer to his residence or business.

^^^ I think that if he didn't show you'd win a summary judgement just based on the evidence you provide the judge. That could/should lead to a lien on any property owned by the corporation or him personally depending on how the business is structured...
