I was told a month ago that my arms were ready and now he wont answer emails or post on here if anyone has noticed he stopped updating his website like that stuff was true anyways

well...he said mine where the oldest s10 order......here are the emails replies (that i DID luckily get) and whatnot.....STILL no parts! Notice the dates

So...If i read this...and look at the dates..I see that his word means absolutly nothing..f**k..you know what..I am building control arms this week too...I am just like BYC...I will make promise's that there is no way that I can keep. You know what Mike..besides spending money before you actually fulfill the orders..and actually Calculating your overhead and stuff so you know how much money you CAN spend on personal shit..maybe you might wanna pick up Microsoft Projects..and maybe...just MAYBE schedule some of your work..then you will see how overloaded you are...but..why am i even telling you this...you obviously have everything under control...like I have never seen a business operate with such happy customers...I can just look at this forum and be reminded on how I would want my business to run!

Holy crap Terry, you still havent got your arms? WTF?!?! He said yours shipped a month ago. I havent got mine yet either, although he said they were boxed and ready ( I told him I was sending him a shipping label, but I havent yet) Still waiting to hear about Nissan arms!!

Has anyone filed a lawsuit against BYC yet?

I tried and tried. Called people out in Texas blah, blah, blah.

$400 is not a big deal in the eyes of lawyers. Shit it would cost nearly that much just to take him to court. We just have to be patient and know that Mike will get what's coming.

Hmmm... Based on a simple calculation of the # of posts in this thread times the estimated cost above of $400.00 for a set of arms, Mike has made $274,800.00...

However this does not take into account the cost of materials, time, machinery, etc.

I know that not everyone who has posted in here has ordered arms, but if you figure in the orders via other shops, it's probably a conservative estimate.

It would appear that at this rate, he's been doing this for two years, that's about half the amount, again, BEFORE operating expenses. I would imagine, he's not making much money, if any at all.

If he mis managed the order tracking this bad, he's probably not figured out yet he's actually losing money, and just has a cash flow that appears to be income.

I would say it's not long before this is over, and those who have not gotten arms, will not be getting them.

Just something else for all of you guys to think about who are STILL patiently waiting...

Only thing is if someone takes BYC to court to get the full 274,800 to split to get everyone their money back, minus the cost of court fees, maybe that would work. Unless BYC folds and claims bankruptcy and then everyone is screwed again like they are right now. I dont know if that makes sense...lol

only way that will work is to be able to get an accurate tally of all the people who have paid and not gotten their arms and how much they paid and they approach an attorney with that be it 200K or w/e .... i'm sure it will spark some attention...
